Ward Street Townhouses.

This prominent and striking development comprises four stand-alone townhouses situated in Addington on a long narrow site. Much planning went in to ensure that every square metre of the site was being utilised fully.

This design and build development shows off edgy architectural features including cedar and aluminium cladding, and an offset ridge roofline which reflects the character of the neighbouring properties and thereby ties the houses into the street. These fringe city dwellings include stunning windows and skylights to connect the inside with out.

The intent from the outset was to design and build functional townhouses that were affordable, without compromising on good design and excellent craftsmanship. The result speaks for itself.
